  Would give it less but I can't.
  Why do I leave a phone number for an order I placed for delivery and then an hour and 45 min later I didn't receive a call about my order and the food still isn't here, called up to ask about the order and was told the delivery guy quit wouldn't it be common courtesy to call the customers.
  
  After 2+ hrs the food finally arrived and the person delivering it was blasting music at midnight and thought it was ok to just lie and say it was made fresh even though it was cold and the woman on the phone told me it was made 1.5 hrs prior.
  I dont know if you find it ok to train your employees this way, but that is not how a business should be run.
